Cancellation Policy
All Services Needed must be scheduled at time of booking. If you fail to book a soak off you may be turned away and asked to rebook, which in time will require a new deposit. Please arrive with bare nails no polish or nails on unless soak off is booked for. • We are a Kid Free zone and NO extra guests unless being serviced no exceptions. You will be turned away and you will forfeit your deposit. •I have a 10 min late grace period. However if you arrive late we may have to modity the service to fit your remaining time booked. Anything after Appointment will be canceled. You will not receive your deposit back. Another deposit must be placed to reschedule. • A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF CHECKOUT- Once a payment is made towards the service I will not provide any sort of refund. If you decide to cancel an appointment you may reschedule with in 3 days and use that deposit towards your new appointment. Cancellations / Reschedules must be done within 24 hrs of your appointment! You are allowed to use the same deposit within 2 days. If you cancel and do not plan on booking you WILL NOT be reimbursed for deposit. All deposits are final!. To re-book again you will need to place a new one to reschedule the service. •Same Day cancellations and all cancellations and No Call No Shows: will be charged 100% of the service minimum or price displayed in booking box. No shows will be blocked from booking. • If you are turned away day of an appointment deposit will be nonrefundable. Please read my policies before booking • All sales are final. No Refunds.
